Oak cottage was built in 1840 and once home to 19th century lead miners. This lovely character stone-built cottage is just a few minutes’ walk from all the amenities in Grassington. Recently renovated throughout the property has a modern feel but still retains many original features.

Oak-beamed comfortable sitting room with log burning stove; 1 double, 1 single, well-equipped kitchen, parking and a small garden this cosy cottage has everything you need to explore the Yorkshire Dales.

Oak cottage has a cosy living room with oak beams and stunning oak staircase with a wood burning stove. A complimentary log basket is provided. 2 seater sofa, armchair and rocker and a pullout dining table with four chairs.

A newly fitted well equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer box, washing/dryer and oven and hob, microwave.

1 double bedroom with stunning views of the dales and 1 small single bedroom. Large bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

Via access through the kitchen there is a small rear yard with outhouse for storing bikes and an elevated small garden for sitting out and enjoying a glass of wine or two.

The property does offer parking but please note this is only suitable for a small/medium car i.e. Astra, focus. If you have a large vehicle then parking can be offered in a private parking space on the main street. All bedding, towels, tea towels are included plus a complimentary log basket.
